CA1-SN4 Anvil

D+7 | 27 July 1989, 15:00hrs - 21:00hrs vs @ Wendlingen

With the capture of WENDLINGEN, the Soviet forces South of Stuttgart are now surrounded and cut off. With morale and logistic issues rising, the Soviet forces are working independently to move East to re-establish contact with their supply lines.

The 2nd Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI) Battalion (Bn) captured the bridges across the Neckar River and has spent the last few hours regrouping, resupplying and building a hasty defence. They know that the Soviets are coming soon – and will be desperate to punch through to the East.
